Signing in

You sign in with Apple or Google, then confirm your mobile number with a text code. Friends who have your number find you through their contacts; nobody else sees it.

• Codes only go to European mobile numbers.
• No code after a minute? Check the number and ask for a new one.

Getting verified

Hosts of plans open to everyone are verified. Open You, tap Get verified and follow the oval with your face, in good light. It takes about half a minute, and checks that you’re real and the person in your main photo. If it doesn’t work for you, write to us.

Staying safe

• Report or block anyone from the menu of their profile, plan, group or message. The person you report never learns it was you.
• When you meet people for the first time, prefer public places, and tell someone where you’re going.
• If someone is in danger, call 112, anywhere in Europe.

Deleting your account

Open You, tap Delete account and confirm. It happens straight away, and it can’t be undone. If you no longer have the app, write to support@schwifty.eu with the number on your account, and we’ll delete it for you. The privacy policy says what’s erased, and the little that stays.
