What you get

Hosts book through Schwifty. You confirm, suggest another time or say you’re full, and their group sees it.
Every group coming
Tonight’s and the next two weeks’, each with its host’s first name, how many and when.
Your events
Post a quiz, a DJ set or a match on screen, once or every week. Each has its own page, and groups make plans for it.
Your regulars
Hosts who bring you 5 groups or more a year, in 3 different months, and whoever brought you to Schwifty, for your first year. Thank them with a perk you choose.
Offers for groups
Bring groups when you want them, like at your quiet hours: an offer to every Schwifty group, to members, or to the people of a company whose people come. It costs you nothing.
Your staff
Each on their own phone, to answer bookings and scan groups’ codes.
Counts, never who
You see how many groups and people came, never who came, or with whom.
Only a host’s first name, with how many and when (and what for, when they book): for a booking they make, a code they show, or once they’re a regular.
Plans are made by people, never by places.
How to start
Get Schwifty, open Settings, then Run a place, and find your place.
Prove it’s yours: we text a code to the number on its public listing, or call it and read the code out.
You’re a Founding venue: free during the beta, no fees for a year after launch, and a window sticker we send you.
Add your staff with a link from the app.
